The East West Banks MDP modules objective is to create a development opportunities for the EW Bankers to have strong management practices. At East West Bank we recognize that improved management capability is the key enabler of high performance culture, a better environment for EW Bankers and ultimately to the business success of EW Bank. MDP learning journey consists of 5 modules and this program is designed for assistant managers and managers, who should complete the program within a period of 30 weeks. Upon completion of this program, the managers can continue their learning journey through the MDP 2.0 which will have 3 other modules that will focus on real-life application of the modules that was covered in MDP 1.0.

Module 2
Finance for Bank Managers
Nothing in the business world moves without fundamental knowledge of finance. This module aims to enlighten the managers on finance matters
that effects the bank.
Module 3
Leading Teams Through Change
What is change, agree on why/what/how changes help to achieve business and strategic goals and learn to communicate all the changes.
Module 4
Leading People and Performance
Getting the most out of your team and using team diversity to build performance.
Module 5
Interviewing & Selection
Identifying talent and planning and conducting recruitment interviews that deliver the staff essential to business and team success.
