The EPCON ASIA 2022 is an annual convention and workshop series that is highly anticipated by professionals from the semiconductor and electronics manufacturing sector. The workshop will bring together subject matter experts, professionals and international authorities from the emerging electronic world, who will be sharing their insights for the workshops. The annual workshop series that is conducted over a span of 3 days consists of 1 day conference and 12 full day intensive electronic technical workshops for engineers to choose from, these workshops are conducted by highly qualified overseas trainers who are experts in the field of Electronics with an astonishing combination of wealth of experience of over 100 years. Rather than companies spending a fortune to send their employees overseas for the same training exposure, we research and bring these experts to our engineers through our workshop series. Over 300+ engineers flock to our workshop series every year eager to advance their technical understandings and to discover innovative solutions to their industrial challenges. Thomas G. Tsao

Thomas Tsao co-founded Gobi Partners in 2002. Gobi’s regional platform supports entrepreneurs from the early to growth stage, and has expanded to 11 offices across Asia. In China, Tom and his partners were first-round investors into Airwallex, Dianwoda, Teambition, Tuniu and UR. He was named on the Forbes List of China’s Top VCs from 2013 – 2017. For two years, he served as CEO for DMG and created the world’s first subway soap opera starring Huang Xiaoming. Tom also leads the team that manages the Alibaba Hong Kong Entrepreneurs Fund, which has invested in companies like AutoX, DayDayCook, GoGoX, Prenetics and WeLab. Alexander Stubb

Former Prime Minister, Finland & Vice-President, European Investment Bank (2017-2020), Finland

Alexander Stubb has served as Prime Minister, Finance Minister, Foreign Minister, Trade and Europe Minister of Finland. He was a Member of the European Parliament from 2004-2008 and in the national government from 2008-16 and was the Chairman of the National Coalition Party from 2014-16. He served as Vice-President of the European Investment Bank from 2017-20. Stubb’s background is in academia and civil service. He has published 16 books, 11 of those on the European Union. He holds a Ph.D. From the London School of Economics and Political Science. He worked as an expert adviser at the Finnish Ministry for Foreign Affairs in Helsinki and in Brussels, and in President Romano Prodi’s team at the European Commission. He chaired the Finnish National Commission on Sustainable Development which is responsible for promoting national and international sustainable development goals, and works to encourage society’s commitment to and involvement in sustainable development.
